We're looking for a strategic and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize growth across multiple social platforms.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

▸ Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.

▸ Plan and manage content creation, from ideation to publishing across platforms

▸ Plan and maintain strategic content calendars

▸ Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior across platforms

▸ Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, leads) and optimize for growth and conversion

▸ Manage paid and organic campaigns across all of the social media platforms mentioned above

▸ Execute geo-targeting and demographic targeting to reach relevant audiences

▸ Drive brand awareness and generate leads through strategic social media efforts

▸ Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum 2+ years of social media marketing experience

▸ Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts

▸ Strong understanding of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, etc.

▸ Excellent English writing and communication skills

▸ Strong content ideation and creative thinking skills

▸ Ability to work independently with speed, consistency, and accountability
